All those parts of you that you are ashamed of... 

All those parts of you that other people judge, put you down and ridicule you... 

All those parts of you that you hide away because one time someone said something... 

All those parts of you that you think are faulty, failures and too different to be let out of the damn cage again - 

THOSE PARTS ARE YOUR GOLD - THEY ARE YOUR GIFT TO THIS WORLD

LET THEM OUT OF THE DAMN CAGE! 

You are the ONLY one that put yourself in that cage and if you feel you are still blaming someone for that - that is only you blaming yourself because you didn't trust yourself enough to leave long time ago and THAT makes you forget that your intuition even said that and start projecting the blame onto them because you feel powerless in the situation to leave. 

All that focus on them? 

Gah, you are exhausted by that right? 

All that energy - you are CRAVING to be nourished with to and by yourself! 

You also deep down know that YOU are the only one that can TRULY meet those needs and when we are still entangled in a situation, we can't see the truth from being Arthur or Martha due to how far away from your true self you've become because you didn't listen to yourself all the way back when. 

Isn't it...... 

TIME? 

Time to stop hiding in the dark?

Time to remember who the fuck you are? 

ALL those pieces of you that you shun, all the cat hair covered clothes, the animal loving, reclusive introvert self that you are, that feels the volcanoes in the neighbouring countries, swears like a trooper, likes breaking all the rules of the should go to bed at and wake up and this time nonsense that routines never stick for you and you think there is something wrong with you and so you hide away some more because your little self thinks you're still at school 

NO - just. No. 

No more.

All those parts of you? 

It is time to RECLAIM them. 

A lot of people know that using Shadow work integrates the 'dark' - but - honey, it is time to integrate the LIGHT. 

All those parts of you that you think other people are judging about you - they are your GIFT and they are NOT to be shoved into the dark! 

When you hear others put you down, tell you, you are this, that, vibration too low whatever the fuck - they are your GIFTS - not theirs! Of course they don't understand silly! They are meant for YOU - not them! 

They are just bringing them to awareness to you because you shoved them in the dark for whatever reason along the way - and yet - this is WHO YOU ARE!!

Those parts of you - are for you and your Soul. 

When you integrate them - they come ALIVE. 

When you integrate them - you are SET FREE. 

When you integrate them - your entire world SHIFTS FREQUENCY. 

Because you are not shattered into a thousand pieces anymore. 

You are picking up the pieces, you are reclaiming you, you are REMEMBERING WHO THE FUCK YOU ARE AND SOME.

That means - all the feelings you feel are valid. 

The part of you that feels like a victim, the part of you that is upset, the part of you that feels betrayed, the part of you that feels successful, the part of you that feels elated, the part of you that feels so intrinsically connected to the divine it scares people. 

YOU ARE ALL VALID.
