So what makes you doubt? 

What makes you question? 

You know... and then you don't know... and you get confused and you wonder... 

Is it truth? 

Why, when it was so clear just before - and now... confusion? 

It doesn't make sense right? 

Because you know in your heart, you know in your soul, the choices you need to make for YOU - what is right for YOU... 

You trust yourself... you are so clear... 

And then you wonder - well do I? 

Is it? 

Real? 

What makes you wonder - when you were so clear just before? 

When you know in your Heart and Soul... when you feel it in your bones = or do you? 

Maybe you do - then someone comes in and sways you, makes you question... or throws it back in your face - all your history of all of your time. 

But do you know?

Do you trust? 

Your Heart and your Soul? 

Because you do know - you have always known... 

Your deepest of deepest truth... 

You have always felt the call of your Soul - you are just... you..... question - when everything comes in when you didn't think you were ready... yet. 

Not yet! Wait! Hang on! Now?! 

Yes now... time is now... 

To trust your Heart and trust your Soul... 

When you know deep down - when you've ALWAYS known deep down - the hardest thing to do - is listen deep within your Soul - and CONTINUE to listen - but also ACT - from DEEP WITHIN YOUR SOUL

YOu FEEL it - you always have... 

So what makes you... not? 

You were so clear and then what happened? 

In an instant it changed - and you wonder what ever happened in the first place, you wonder how it changed, you wonder what made you question... 

And then you make it about you... you make yourself wrong.. you question - your own damn Heart. 

When your Heart has known ALL along - what is right for YOU and only YOU. 

Because it is YOU... you know this.... YOU KNOW YOU. 

And this? 

You can always trust YOU. 

YOU CAN TRUST YOUR SOUL - or can you?

Can you trust your HEART & SOUL - when - they've always been there for YOU? 

Your Heart and Soul has never left... 

But... your connection to it may have... 

You may have listened to someone else over your own connection to self - your own trust in your connection to self... 

Do you realise that this is the abandonment you feel?

How can I trust my own damn self, when it has led me astray again and again...

How could I have... got it wrong? 

But honey... your Heart and Soul - has always led you into the right space - for there is... nothing wrong... 

Time and space knows no bounds - the only bounds come in when you bind yourself with wrongness to that time in space.... and a part of you is still there... 

When you pull that part of you back... 

When you realise that you reclaim you... 

When you realise you bring all of you to right now... 

You hold your power key - to being FREE. 

Free to trust again and again.. 

Free to walk forward with an open vulnerable heart... 

Free to allow your Heart to guide you... 

Free to BE full freedom and trust... 

Moment, after moment after moment... 

Reclaiming all of you... reclaiming..... your connection to you... 

And when you do that? 

You trust all of you.. 

Moment, after moment after moment... 

No matter... who comes into that space with you... you have... you... all of you... and the trust in the moment of all of you... over and over and over... 

You choose to trust in the moments you reclaim every part of you... 

That trusts in the feelings that create the now.. 

And that... 

Is the most powerful space to be... 

Being ALL OF YOU... 

BEING in complete FREEDOM OF ALL OF YOU. 

TRUSTING all those parts of you... 

Because they are you... 

And you are your Heart and Soul... 

And that... 

Is always guiding you...
