It is okay to allow yourself to drop into deep spiritual rest and repair 💜

It is okay to allow your Soul to find its pathway inside your body and allow your Soul that reconnection to your Heart 💚

You do not need to run anymore.

Take as long as you need in this deep spiritual rest, like a Bear, feeling safe to go inside the cave - that one deep inside your Heart 🤎

Your entire reality is shifting from a state of constant freeze, flight or fight and into deep spiritual rest 🤍

This isn’t a rest of not moving or not doing anything…

Your nervous system can relax, you are safe now 💛

This is a rest, of your Heart frequency.

You are shifting dimensions because you are coming into your Heart.

You will be experiencing:

~ Deep grief (compressed pain/headaches/migraines/tight shoulders)

~ Waves of rage (nerve pain/not sleeping/or extreme fatigue)

~ Abandonment of the feminine (rage at feminine/sense of extremely deep aloneness/weird stuff going on in stomach or gut)

~ Betrayal (rage backs up/envy eyes/obsessive thoughts & addictions)

~ And then… Peace 🕊️

You are shifting dimensions because you are coming into your Heart.

You are choosing you.

You are allowing your Heart to have ALL of what it wants… not just, some, but ALL.
