Just take the first step...

Easier said than done at times!

Especially during this wave of whatever is going on collectively right?

Yet, it is the key... to turning up... even if it is to the mess... and taking one step....

At other times it is about reminding yourself of the big picture, of your WHY.... because that isn't always clear... and sometimes we get lost, we forget in all the hustle and bustle of life, especially when we are trying to pull ourselves out of a hard situation or walking through the mud.

Sometimes we need to be reminded of why we are doing things...

Because life can be super busy and full on...

Like - I mean - NOISY...

And sometimes it is so noisy it drowns out the clarity of your Soul's calling and your WHY is lost in all the noise...

There are so many things that can distract you...

That can make you forget...

Why you even started...

Why you even kept going before...

Why you even bother now...

Because, sometimes you forget...

But...

Then you remember.. because, along the way, you haven't really ever forgotten...

You just... got quieter...

And life got louder...

Yet.. you... are loud.. your Soul and your Being-ness has a Song, a Sound, a Voice...

And that Song, begins with one tiny step today, right now...

What is that - that leads you in the direction of your Soul's calling?

What is the first thing that just came to mind as you read that?

Go. Do that. Now.

Baby steps beautiful Soul...

Rome wasn't built in a day.

When you take that first step - your next steps, next ideas for your next ideas come in. I never knew how to do this online stuff in the start, none of it!

Yet I just saw a course, did it and now here I am. Yet my ideas FOR my actual courses?

They came whilst I was already learning about the 'how to' course stuff....

I never knew I was going to create a full course (that is now my signature program) called Trust Your Intuition before I started it back in 2016 (that is now a Fully Accredited, Certified Healers Course).

However, whilst I was turning up everyday online no matter what, sharing my wisdom and serving people with what they needed to get their energy clear and beyond, all the ideas dropped in...

And I mean - all the information I needed at that point, all the titles for all the modules and the content within each module all got 'downloaded' to me - because I was in the middle of taking a step....

Even when I started creating the course content and even WHILST I am teaching each module - I am getting information at the same time about the rest of the course content... I am pretty sure that is called FLOW... but you got to start/align the flow right?

It doesn't always feel easy... or 'flowy'...

Even I have nervousness before I jump on a live stream, or teach a yoga class, or resistance to doing the work that I need to do.. but once I start.. the floodgates open.

Do you trust yourself enough to take the first step without knowing all the details?

Without seeing the entire detailed plan of 'how'?

Are you ready to align?

Your Soul knows.. you just have to Trust it beautiful Soul.

Go do that thing now. Baby steps.
