Card #1: Positive Energy. ‘Surround yourself with positive people and situations and avoid negativity.’

It feels like there has been a fairly positive sweep of energy for you recently! Just in the past few days, it feels like something has shifted again though but it has been more on the upswing this year, that it has last year! Yay for 2019 hey? I am getting the message for you that your environment is a really big factor right now, something about your home, are you moving, have just moved, planning to move or cleaning out something? Energy is in everything - everything is made up of energy and physical environment is big factor in energy levels! If there is any area of your home that you are needing to clean out and tend to, it is important to spend even just 10 minutes a day (set a timer on your phone) and just do a little bit. You’ve probably heard me talk about the timer - because something happens when we set a timer, there is an end time and we can ‘manage’ that much of our will power to just do 10 minutes. The other part to that, is that once we just do 10 minutes, we find we might want to keep going, or we’ve had enough, but at least we’ve done the 10 minutes. Yet, I am feeling that there has been a positive shift for you, the start of 2019 has been fresh, joyous and heading deep in the direction you have wanted to go for some time. I am also sensing and upswing just in the day/few hours before you reading this now for you too and I am getting the message for you to acknowledge how far you’ve come - so even when you have lull’s or drops in energy, that they are not around for as long as they used to be for you. This is a celebration and to really acknowledge this! Perhaps a celebratory ritual to acknowledge yourself and the work and effort you have put in - is really starting to show results for you!! YAY!! What else in your environment? It feels like that is such a strong message in this reading for you - are you needing to change the people you interact with, hang around or something else? It is almost a sense like, now that all the work you’ve been implementing is really have positive results, energy and miraculous healings, it is like you’ve out grown your current environment. You are still grateful for what you have etc, it is just, ‘old’ at the same time and it is time for new and fresh and well, it’s time now and you can energetically feel that shift. Card #2: Break Free. ‘Try different ventures and experiences as a way to grow and learn.’

What has been on your mind? It feels like you’ve had something your mind to do, to jump in and ‘just take the plunge’ however, you are holding back? For fear you are not ready? Do you know we are never truly ready? It’s a bit like waiting until we are ready to have children, as much as we may feel ready at one point, there are still fears that will surface - and that - is just like anything. The fastest way to rise to the top, the fastest way to ‘come up for air’ is to just do it and figure it out on the way. When an opportunity presents itself, just say yes and learn how later. It feels like this message is strong for you right now - what is it that you are holding back for? As they say, a page a day equals a book in a year - what page are you up to? Have you done what you said you would do so far this year? It feels like something is awaiting your approval - like your yes, okay I am just going to do it! Procrastination and indecision are the only things that will keep your life at standstill - however when you just put yourself out there, say yes to the opportunity that is currently presenting itself to you - because it feels like there is one in front of you right now - that you don’t know where that door can lead to. It feels like there are doubts within you about this current situation, because you can’t see how it is possible, or that that person/opportunity can ultimately ‘meet you with what you need’ or if they are capable of supporting what you in your endeavour yet I am getting the strong message that actually, the synergy between this ‘relationship’ that will start to deepen - the opportunities that present when you say yes and start moving forward in this direction? HUGE. It feels like this is actually ‘the miracle you’ve been praying for’ for the past few months - your prayers are being answered - are you going to take that leap of faith and trust in this opportunity? You know there is no wrong direction or no wrong answer? You cannot not make a wrong choice, because if it is not correct, the path will be blocked anyway - do you trust this? I am sensing too, that you are currently breaking generational patterns and lineage right now, the webs - the Dolphin jumping out of the water in this card, it is like he/she is breaking out of the web - totally taking the leap and just breaking all the patterns (ripple effect) from eons gone by. Are there threads still lingering on that you are needing to shift out of your field? What are you needing to shake off, let go of, give away, walk away from - so you can truly experience and say yes to the opportunity that is right before you? Card #3: Consult An Expert. ‘More information is needed. Contact someone with expertise in this area.’

Hmmm, I am sensing you are confused and feeling unsure about what decision to make - because you are needing support through this time and of course, more information is needed! So, what and who comes to mind, to ask the question/s  that you have in your mind? I am also sensing that you are not sure what to do or how to move forward, because it is almost like you don’t realise you are needing support/needing to ask for more information at the same time? I am sensing that hmmm, maybe you are ‘going along okay’ but there is also a part of you that knows, you can rapidly move forward, faster than what you currently think you can right now, or are. The question is - what limiting beliefs and factors do you have going on that are holding you back right now? Feels like there is something, a part of you that feels, ‘Well this needs to happen so that xyz happens.’ - Yet, the Universe has other ways of bringing things to you and I am sensing that your not letting them in, because of ‘well this has to happen first’. Card #4: Friendship. ‘Make a date for a play with one or more friends.’

Has it been on your mind to catch up with someone lately? They have been on your mind? Feels like it is time to make the call? I am also getting the message with this card - what boundaries do you need to put in place? Are there friendships that you need to let go of? Boundaries, even with family that you need to implement for yourself? Even self care boundaries? We can feel overwhelmed and like the world is on top of us, because we are not saying no! That is enough! That could mean not answering your phone after 8pm at night and not logging on until 8am in the morning, turning off all notifications so your phone isn’t constantly dinging and having your phone on silent (no vibrate either!) for periods during the day. Connect back to your true nature, get outside and clear your energy, touch and lean against that tree 😉, reset your energy and get back to YOU! You are your own best friend - do you care for you, like you do for your friends? What boundaries do you need to implement to take better care of you today? For the rest of the week? For the rest of the month? Perhaps that also means, making time for friends too? As empaths, we can easily hide ourselves away because we don’t want to be around people because we have a thing to take on their stuff, yet, being around uplifting friends can amplify what we are creating, the supportive, loving ones that get us and encourage us. Be around more of them! The other part is that when we have low self care boundaries - we WANT to hide away, because we need to refill our cup. When we can take a big picture overview of what and where we spend our time and energy, meaning get out a piece of paper and write down, or in a big web/circles, write down where and what you spend your time doing. That way you can have a big reassessing with ease on whether you want to continue spending that much time doing those things and can fit yourself in there, see where you need to make changes and spend time refilling your cup too. The magic part here is when you do that - you have greater self esteem, greater self confidence, feel good about yourself and can say no with ease and less and less guilt over time, because you value where you spend your time and energy are clear on what and where you want to spend your time and that not only means you have time to spend with the ones you truly care about, but you also have energy for them too! Where do you need to have a ‘life overview check in’? Where do you need to spend more time filling your cup, so you can spend the energy you regain on what and who you really value in your life? You will feel more alive for doing this - that is what you want in 2019? To regain your energy and feel alive again? Card #5: Soulmate Relationship. “New Romance with a spiritual basis is here for now.”

As soon as I saw this card for you, I received the message about an ex-lover and it feels like there is some deep connection going on with the first person that comes to mind for you. Yet, what I am deeply hearing is ‘transformation, transformation, transformation.’ It feels like you two have been through soooo much and even deep into past lives, yet, it feels like you have been doing a lot of work, not even on this specific relationship but in general and you have come a long way in understanding that a lot of it, isn’t even about them, it is about you. This weeks Weekly Intuitive Energy Update, is deep in the Masculine and Feminine Balance and feels like a deep understanding of this actually coming into play in real life, reality situations and how that works. It could mean standing up for yourself and what you believe in and what is right for you (Masculine) which is deeply honouring what you are feeling (intuition/feminine). Card #6: Playtime! “The Dolphins know the importance of playing, as joy creates miracles and manifestation.”

Ah, it feels like such a joyful and playful time for you right now! I am so curious what is unfolding for you? It feels like there has been another shift for you, another release of the old and in with the new! Card #4 is very similar energy here with this card - so much so that I had to double take when I pulled the cards, I thought I picked up number 4 again! Nope, just PlayTime! It feels like you have chosen to have stronger boundaries this year and that includes MAKING TIME FOR PLAY! It feels like after the wrath at the end of last year, you are starting to well come back solidly into the light now and CHOOSE it and that means planning time for play and fun! Increasing self care, solid plans to make things happen for the entirety of 2019, and it feels like you are already starting to feel the positive flow on from already having it planned? I am sensing that you have not only had enough of the crap, but you have also done a bucket load of work to get you to where you are now and nothing can stop you now - you are well on your way yes? It feels like exciting times ahead and you are getting stronger and stronger in your boundaries and not letting anyone cross that line. I am sensing that someone new is about to enter your life too - what is happening in February for you? Not necessarily an intimate relationship, but a friend (who you can play and have fun with!) Yet, even just for supporting each other’s dreams and getting you to where you want to go, but it feels very balanced and both reap hugely positive benefits from it. It is a win win situation.
