Card #1: Children. ‘Dear Archangel Raphael, thank you for helping me to help Children.’

Ah, this card is so layered in meanings - Play, connect and heal your inner child; Play, connect and spend time with your child/ren or someone who is like your child to you; what parts of your childhood come back to mind recently - this is what you are working on healing right now with the actions and feelings surfacing in your current life. For the most part, I feel this message is about breaking out of the shell and mould you have become as an adult and remembering who you really are. You might feel like you ARE being yourself (What are you talking about Hannah?! Of course I am being myself!) What is it though, that you have been extremely triggered by recently? THAT is where you are not being more of who you know yourself to BE in the moments that NEED to be. Your Inner Child, The Inner You, The Little You, the YOU you used to be - that person she/he is dying to come out, but you are keeping her/him trapped in a cage by not doing the thing you said you were going to do! The thing that is MOST important (usually at this stage the thing you keep avoiding doing) the thing you KNOW you are MEANT to do, but just keep - putting it off - for what!? For why?! No, don’t even answer that actually because it is just an excuse, because I am sure you could rack up a zillion reasons WHY because your brain is a master at talking your HEART out of what it knows it is meant to do - we both know that! Your Heart, belongs deep in the wisdom, the innocence, the freedom of your Inner Child. And your Inner Child is awaiting you to reconnect to her/him, to find the light, the joy and the happiness again. You’ve always been good at doing what you want, it’s time to get that back and your inner child/children have a big role in this one - follow what lights your inner child/child up. The other message I am getting here is about having a child - have you been trying for a baby? Or do you have a new idea that is birthing a new reality/baby for you? I am getting the message very soon shall this ‘land’ into physicality - so don’t lose hope, instead, do the things you know you need to do to strengthen your faith. Card #2: Unconditional Joy. ‘Dear Archangel Raphael, thank you for helping me appreciate everything that makes me happy right now.’

I am getting such a strong message here to release the conditions, the chains the limitations you have put on yourself and stop being so conditional on your joy. I feel you are ‘beating yourself up’ because you ‘are’t there yet’ - or think you need to do more before you can be happy or… just stop! I feel that it is time to let yourself be happy now, to let yourself find joy in the now, give yourself unconditional joy - and love - now. Not when and then the thing is better conditions to give you joy - no. This unconditional joy is something that you can allow yourself to have now. Just - stop beating yourself up - feels like such a strong message here. You didn’t do anything wrong, you didn’t say anything wrong, you just didn’t - and yet, I feel that you are also? Picking up other peoples judgements about you - which is just their own triggers, their own stuff and you’re carrying it, feeling it and what is actually going on here is that YOUR JOY - sparked their trigger because they are simply not happy where they are in their life at all. And you are shining your light via your joy to them which is making them mighty uncomfortable because they are #1 not happy in their life and #2 would have to make some serious life changes which they just do not want to face the fallout from hence won’t make the changes and so will project every ‘good’ thing onto you and make you out be wrong. You know those people where nothing you do or anything you say is right for them? They will pick and pick and pick or they will just ghost you - you honey, did NOTHING WRONG! Something happens in this space, which can take some time to step fully into - but you learn fast that you are not the source of the issue. You just hold a powerful energy of TRUTH that people HAVE to deal with in their life or they simply can’t be around you too long - because you bring that up in them! So right now - your ‘job’ is to give yourself unconditional joy, unconditional love and learn to step into your strange, weird, out there, strong, powerful, mythical energy that IS you and stop hiding behind a wall of beating yourself up for no reason, because it is exactly that. You just need new friends that is all ;) Grieve, of course - but this situation right now that you find yourself in, that led you here to read this? Is not your fault. You know that. So stop taking the blame for it - it was never you. It wasn’t you and it isn’t you. Card #3: Increased Energy. ‘Dear Archangel Raphael, thank you for filling me with the unlimited energy of Divine love and light.’

The things that make you happy give you Increased Energy without even doing a thing. If you are in an environment that is making you unhappy, or you wake up sad and depressed, let alone find yourself tired most of the time, you are simply out of alignment. What is that, that you love to do that you just aren’t doing enough of at the moment? Definitely time to make space for that to come back into your life. I am also getting the message of something about a holiday? Is there something you can book coming up soon, or do you already have something booked? I am hearing the message from a  different card n a different deck - ‘This up coming trip proves to be life  changing in positive ways.’ So I am wondering if you have something booked in soon or that you NEED to book something in soon? Either way you have the green light - it is the right choice! Even knowing it is booked in/upcoming gives you energy. Where do you need to book more regular trips in and just make them happen? Whatever it is, or wherever it is that is calling you GIVES you the increased energy. We are only down and flat when we are bored and unhappy with something in our life - or our entire life! This Increased Energy is your answer to increased inspiration as well. If you’ve been stuck creatively, the thing that you love is your answer to opening the door to all you were before you - became stuck! However, you have just been recalibrating, we all know this truth - so you are about to come back stronger, more dedicated, more efficient, more clearer than what you were before and be able to ‘handle more’ ‘hold more’ ‘do more’ and ‘be more’ - almost - allowing your true self to be fully held, captivated and loved by all - because, that is.. what deep down you’re craving right? Card #4: Recovery. ‘Dear Archangel Raphael, thank you for holding my hand throughout my recovery upon the path of radiant health.’ 

Go easy on yourself, be gentle with yourself AND - where do you need to take better care of yourself right now? With Recovery - #1 - Archangel Raphael is right here with you  throughout this process. I am getting the sense he even nudged this along. It feels like this recovery process came at the exact right time for you and has been very needed. Although I am getting - excruciatingly hard for you? You’re healing honey and that, is never pretty! It’s hard, messy, painful, torture and just… heart breaking most of the time.  And you know what else? These feelings are normal during this time. I am getting the sense that there is a big shift coming up for you though - a change is on the horizon as they say and there will be a change in your ‘recovery’ in a sense that, it feels like the hardest part is through, it feels like you have walked the hardest part and you will soon reap the rewards for all that you have walked through, all that you are healing, all that has been necessary has and will shift you to the next level, the next stage of your healing if you may. I am hearing ‘freedom’ and also getting the sense that your Recovery is changing. What might have seemed like the hardest part - was and perhaps still is in ways. And yet, it is shifting rapidly and to entirely new level and stage. I am also getting the strong message for you that if you have felt lost in your life at this time during this Recovery, perhaps you have truly really, like ever so deeply wondered what on Earth you are here for or what is the purpose to ANYTHING in life anymore - you’re DEEP in recalibration (of course) but the sense I am getting here for you, is that in this space, this transition space, things are being BORN into your life. If you are wondering what to do - what to do is being BORN from you. If you are not sure which direction to take in your business or life anymore, which direction to take is being BORN from you. In this space, it can feel depressing, hopeless even, because you are not clear on what to do. EVERYTHING that you used to do, just doesn’t resonate or have the same feeling to it anymore and that can be somewhat scary as the old and everything that was your life is totally crumbling away. But honey, remember when you realised that the life you really truly want - the one in your dreams - remember that moment you realised that EVERYTHING in your life would have to change to receive that? That. That is all that is happening right now. Take a deep breath in and sigh a huge sigh of relief. It’s all coming together, even when it is all falling apart, everything is becoming clearer and clearer. Your answers are coming. Your Life Path is coming. All the pieces, are coming. Trust. Card #5: Good Night’s Sleep. ‘Dear Archangel Raphael, thank you for helping me relax and sleep deeply, for I know that you are guiding, healing and protecting me while I rest.’

Ah, well you know what I am going to say for this one right? Sleep, sleep, sleep! However, the main thing here, well, two main things is enough sleep and quality of sleep.  I feel a this moment in time, you are lacking in both of these two main, quite huge factors. When both or even one is disrupted, we are not nice (generally) people during the day, we reach for sugary snacks or food that we know is unhealthy. Yet, all that is required is adequate sleep. I am getting the strong message from Archangel Raphael that 99% of the problems you’re worried about at this time can and will be resolved with consistent sleep patterns. Work out what is the best sleep schedule for you and stick to it. It could be winding down by 8:30pm, and in bed by 9:30pm, asleep by 10pm, to be up in the morning when you need to get up. Between 10pm and 2am specific healing hormones are released into the body, however, you have to be asleep to be able to receive them. Have you been drinking enough water? There is something about the water quality as well in this for you. With your sleeping - what is your bed like? Are the sheets and  bedding conducive to deep restful sleep? Do you like going to bed? Does it make you feel nurtured and safe? Does your room feel clean and beautiful? Do the sheets, bedroom furniture and other items remind you of beautiful memories or not so good memories? It may be time to update or upgrade your linen, your furniture or change something in your bedroom. But let’s  be real -  you’ve already been getting this message and thinking about it lately right?? I am also getting the message from Archangel Raphael about  technology in the bedroom and looking at screens before bed. What is your routine and boundaries around this? Have you been trying to  increase your intuition lately? Work on Opening Your Third Eye perhaps? Looking at screens before bed and being out of sorts with your sleeping patterns is not conducive to increasing your intuition, clairvoyance and hearing your intuitive guidance about the next steps in your life. Sure, we can have a routine and perhaps mornings work better for you, however, right now at this point in time, for some reason, Archangel Raphael is very strong about night time is a sanctuary quiet time for you, your Soul, your Purpose, your Healing, your life. Perhaps you need to ask for more help, hire more help to enable your  tasks to be done, to give you more space to - do what you do best AND get more sleep.  Sleep, sleep, sleep - deeply, peacefully - for a consistent period of time. Rest, rest, rest - you will be busy soon and wish, you had taken more time to have this sleep and rest now. Card #6: Diet Is Important Here. ‘Dear Archangel Raphael, thank you for guiding me to make positive eating  and drinking choices and  for reducing or eliminating my cravings for unhealthful substances.’

Diet change time baby! Perhaps you have just set into a diet change journey or have…. STILL been thinking about it. I am sensing that now is the time for you to TAKE ACTION. No more thinking about it, no more wondering which path to take on the diet journey because the one you take is the easiest one for you. What I mean by that is the one you know what to do, sure you might need to learn some new things, but ultimately? You know which diet is best suited to you. Block out all the noise, block out all the ‘advice’ and listen to your intuition instead. Because your intuition always knows the way, your intuition, gives you all the answers and ultimately you know what to do. It is and has  been just a matter of doing it. Sure, if you need to learn about what to do of course, do that, however, the message here is don’t overcomplicate things. Choose something and stick to it. The most important thing though with this message for you today is perhaps there has been enough research, thinking about it and figuring it out. You just need to  do it now. Another week will roll on by and you’ll be glad you started now. Because these weeks roll on by pretty fast these days right? Work out what your biggest fears are and purge them out. What are the fears stoping you from starting your diet change  now? Are you worried about being more  tired on  the detox phase? Honey, you’re tired now aren’t you?? Worried about stop starting because of other life commitments? Stop starting is better than not stepping at all. Purge out your fears, because every single one of them can be dissolved right now. It is just your mind, scared, it i s going to lose itself! However, I am sure you’re going more crazy figuring this out still when you already know what  to do! Imagine how much energy is going to be gained and be able to be directed  to other tasks like your most important - Life Purpose - simply by STARTING NOW! You can! So, what are you waiting for?
