Hmmm, have you noticed somewhere there is a friendship that is unbalanced? Do you give give and give and then realise that it is just… well draining? Or depleting? I am getting the sense that the only thing that is going to pull you out of the slump, pull you back on purpose and remind you who you are - is not by focusing on what diet and food you need to eat, not by focusing on what exercise you need to strictly do, not by who you need to cut out and not follow and think positive thoughts - which is a bit contradictory to the card right?
