SABOTAGE WILL ONLY SURFACE WHEN A WOUND IS 💥

Catch and clear the wound and the sabotage will vanish. 

It’s a bit like I say, pointless cutting cords if you’re not going to heal the wound that the cord is attached to. That is like putting a bandaid over a cut and you haven’t cleaned it - it will just get infected. The cord, will just come back. Sabotage will continue to happen - in different scenarios, but same issue round and around until the wound is healed. 

You have created good things in your life - really good fucking things. Things are amazing - better than they have ever been before and you’re proud - really fucking proud of yourself. For how far you’ve come, what you’ve learnt and the wisdom that is guiding you forward is really friggin on point. You’re on path and the peace you feel is insaneeeeee, but you always knew, this is how it was supposed to be. 

And then, out of nowhere, you’ll start feeling off. Weird. Strange even. And you’ll start recognising or playing out old patterns and you’ll be so conscious of it. You’ll go back to old habits, old paradigms, old behaviours. You’ll end up in the same damn place you’ve been trying so hard to break out of. 😳 You’ll speak things, say things, do things at the same time of being so conscious that you’ve done this before. 🙄

But this time, you have this awareness - you can sense this is not really you and definitely not who you’ve become. You recognise this as an old part of yourself, but… it will also feel very, very real in the right now. You’ll even find evidence to back up what you’re feeling right now - this old emotion, this old pattern, this old feeling is oh ever so damn fucking familiar and yet, you can’t place it. You’re doing your best to hold your ground, hold your peace and just let it rise. And you’re showing yourself how much you have shifted and grown by doing this without letting the old patterns actually play out. 

Your conscious something deep big and old is surfacing - you know a wound is surfacing, but you can’t place it or articulate it when usually you’re really damn good at this, you know, piecing it all together.  

Let it all land. 

Don’t make decisions.

Don’t say hasty things. 

Give it space. 

But most importantly - go into it. Go into the wound. Take your conscious awareness there. (Better still use my wound clearing process in Trust Your Intuition). 

Step forward in gentleness. Connect with your heart. Be in flow. When a wound is surfacing, it is not the time to make decisions, but allow the wound to become conscious to transform it.

When you’re breaking through the next level - your wounds surface. They become conscious. This is a sign that the work is working! You’ve held a new vibration for long enough that the old vibration cannot stay in your system/body/psyche/vibration/frequency anymore. They are not subconsciously buried anymore. The key is to not let them sabotage this breakthrough point and actually let those behaviours ruin the good fucking thing you’ve created, attracted and magnetised right in front of you. 

Instead, you recognise it and let it rise… you let it come as it goes. You use your tools and heal this wound this time instead of the pattern playing out. You wrap yourself in gentleness with a ‘clean band-aid’ and let the wound actually heal. It’s not letting the pesky sabotage attract flies (entities) and become a great mess that is painful to clean up.  #nomorebrokenhearts #nomoreselfabandonment

You’ve caught the sabotage, you’ve healed the wound and this new frequency is grand I tell you.
