The Best Christmas Present is Your Presence 🎄🎁

It can be super tricky at this time of year to not get caught up in the chaos and crazy energy of the collective that is scrambling to get things done, finish things, get Christmas organised, let alone... have a break?! 

You may be feeling the rush of Christmas - but it is just the collective hurrying to do so. 

You may be wanting to flop and do nothing - which is the case on holidays right?! 

Yet, it can be tricky when there is so much to accomplish before you 'flop' - or, "Hannah as if I can even do that?!"

The key here you need to remember is that it is a CHOICE to get caught up in the collective Christmas craze energy. 

Easier said than done? 

Perhaps, if you are not conscious of it. 

Perhaps, if you are not taking extra time for you and putting you first and not dropping self care around this hectic time of year. 

Perhaps, if you are not listening to your intuition about what to do with your time and energy. 

And practise? 

Yes. 

I saw an awesome meme post the other day about instead of buying people what you think they would like, ask them what they would like - as it may not be a present, but something that they need help with. 

The other part about presents at Christmas time is that the most powerful thing you can give anyone around this time - IS your PRESENCE. 

How on Earth does one stay PRESENT when it is chaotic Christmas collective energy? 

Again - practise! 

Yet - the most powerful and effective way to do this is: 

Breathe deeply into your stomach, your middle lungs and your upper lungs, gripping your toes onto the Earth at the same time, even if you have shoes on, scrunching your toes gripping on - this gets you in your body, staying connected to your body, so you are present with the energies, rather than disappearing due to the people around you and you taking on all their stuff unconsciously.

Stay present in your body with your breath and conscious awareness of your feet.

The other is to be super conscious of your HEART 💚💚💚

Breathing deeply into your Heart Chakra - your Heart Energy and expanding your Heart Chakra with every breath. 

Just like you have your Aura - your Heart Chakra Energy can expand just as big. 

When you do this, not only do people feel your big beautiful Heart Energy, but it is also like a transmutation bubble, that is an 'energy protector' - in a sense that it only lets in the love and everything else is transmuted by your powerful loving Heart Energy. 

The other powerful thing about breathing in and expanding your Heart Chakra Energy like this, is it is an awesome way to stay connected and present with your loved ones - your children and your immediate partner/family. 

For example, if you are at a household with many, many people, expanding your Heart Chakra Energy like this and keeping a conscious bubble connection with your own children, is like a 'filling up their emotional tank' for/with your children - they stay connected, grounded and present themselves, when you are consciously connected to your children through this method. This also keeps their energy clear and clean too - why? Because just like you have your Heart expansion energy, so to, do they and so they also have this bubble of love transmutation around/within them, that only love enters. 

It is the same with your partner when you are in a room full of people, this conscious connection of Heart energy is what can shift and entire room full of people, and allow your love to beam through even the trickiest of situations. 

Yes, this takes practise, yet, I encourage you to practise your Presence this Christmas and notice how you feel during this practise of Presence. 

The most powerful gift, you can give yourself this Christmas, is the gift of deep, loving connection and presence of your own Heart to yourself - because when your Heart is full and lovingly delicious? 

Yes, you guessed it - that, is what others feel from you too.
