The Upgrades Can Feel Mighty Uncomfortable & Confusing

I remember feeling totally freaked out when I consciously experienced my first upgrade. 

It was deeply uncomfortable, I felt 

• weird 
• vulnerable 
• scared (so scared!) 
• wired and couldn't stop crying 
• confused, deeply confused

However once I realised/learnt what was going on - I trained myself to relax into it and receive it. 

Ascension is happening regardless of whether we do work or not. 

Humanity and consciousness and society is changing and the resistance to these upgrades will be full of pain, trauma and will feel like torture, it can feel like no body understands you and that you are struggling big time and 'Yeah, all good for you Hannah!' - this is the trapping of the old paradigm that the upgrades are trying to release you from. I can say this, because this is what I experienced it as before I allowed myself to even go there with this. I was all good in the dark - but scared to allow the light to shift me without even doing a thing but being open to receiving it. 

We can CHOOSE to learn to allow these upgrades and shift WITH them and receive the full benefits of the point of it all even happening in the first place. 

How do you even support yourself? 

• Get extra sleep 
• Drink more water
• Get more nature time 
• Get support from those who are where you want to be and release yourself from those that are only dragging you down and have a negative comment to ANYTHING you share (especially the excitement in your Heart!) 
• Say no to events that drain your Soul so you can say yes to more nature time for example 
• Be okay with putting yourself first! (oxygen mask on you first remember!) 
• Know that energetic upgrades will feel weird in your body and even make you physically sick as the toxins are release from your system 
• Of course, clear your chakras/energy/aura (this should be standard practise by now as often or more than you have a shower!) 

You may feel fear or other emotions arising within you when this happens.

It may be anger, or other things that run through your system. It might feel like someone is trying to attack you, or that you feel weird or mighty... uncomfortable. Something feels off, strange and just darn different. 

Know that you are feeling the shifts and feeling the OLD releasing from your system. 

Know that these are the upgrades. 

Know that as you are conscious and working on personal development in some way shape or form (even talking to your Angels!) - that you WILL be feeling the upgrades more than others and it is important to remember that this is what is going on. 

There is nothing wrong with you. 

No one is trying to attack you. 

Even when the demons and entities turn up in your face or meditation space - that this is a SYMBOL for the old collective releasing from your system and you are releasing into a different consciousness state on our Earth - bringing a higher vibration to your current reality - shifting everything your energy ripples into at the same time.

Where you see the darkness and know how to deal with it, rather than it overtaking you. 

Where you are consciously grounded in your body, feeling all your emotions as they rise and not being attached to any of them - but not detached either. Your power, comes from the conscious feeling of your Heart - not detachment of your Heart. 

That 'everything feels different' after Friday night's storm here (in Australia), (and many of you commented how you felt/feel the same with this) was the night moving into the day of the 18th - which is one of the dates I received back on the 6th of January of 'dates to be aware of in January'. 

I had a HUGE energetic shift this day, not just the night and waking up a different person, but later on that day - one of the biggest blocks I have had for.... what seems like almost 20 years - shifted... in an INSTANT.

When you 'allow upgrades' it means that you: 

• Follow your intuition to take actions even when they feel uncomfortable or scary 
• Make changes - even when you don't want to
• make your intuitive flow priority over 'what you feel like doing' or 'what your mind tells you, you can and can't do' 
• Resist reacting, instead, you consciously respond and sometimes that means no response at all 
• Support your physical body to receive the capacity to hold more light energy, which may mean moving your body or shifting your diet or your JUDGEMENT of your diet you consume
• It means you step into allowance rather than resistance. Not a door mat - but a deep solidarity sense of self who is strong in their boundaries and core self esteem to consciously choose what is right for self, no matter what others say
• Conscious self talk around 'these are upgrades and I am open to receiving them of the highest light and vibrations, I am safe even through these changes'
• Call upon you Spiritual Resource Support team of 100% light to support you through feeling safe with these changes

 The strong message coming through here is: 

"The higher intelligence they are trying to replicate here, won't and doesn't work. As much as AI 'scares' some people, the reality is that 'machines' are still needed for this. Physicality is needed for what they are trying to do. 

Those that understand the true power, know and deeply embody the truth that cannot be replicated, overtaken or even mis-used.

For it is this, that is a true power, that cannot be harmed, touched or even used/directed or taken/guided in any form. 

It is something that can only be felt and activated and once it is, cannot be mis-used or even used. 

This is the truth of the reality to reach into = for fear doesn't exist here, no matter what the outside physicality turns up as.

Tap into this truth, activate this truth and know that everything, is in pure divine order. 

All you need to do, is activate you and follow this alliance of the truth of the power of your inner intelligence.

Receptivity and allowance of expansion, is all that is needed on your part."
