When working with my clients - a lot of the time, it’s heavy & dark. As a mentor it requires a specific skill set that not everyone is equipped for, but can train for.

I hear people say it shouldn’t be heavy and dark - but reality is that many humans are coated with and full of trauma. Many are carrying unconscious woundings that are creating their reality and they are calling it fate.

No, it’s not fate. It’s unconscious trauma and it can be healed.

Facing it, is dark, heavy, messy and heart breaking.

But what’s more heart breaking, is staying in situations and cyclic patterns that keep you trapped and looking over the fence at your souls greener path (yes I am the one to tell you - the grass is greener that’s why it’s being shown to you) but it’s a Soul commitment.

Until you choose to consciously work on healing your past hurts and trauma you’ll continue to recreate circumstances in your life that reflect your unconscious woundings in an attempt to wake you up and heal.

My clients come to me to work on t heir purpose and create their Dream Life.

Unless a client has previously worked on their childhood traumas, past life bindings and heart break from the ex they thought they were meant to spend their life with, when you first step into working with me - 99% of the time this is what surfaces.

You can’t manifest a new life; that dream client or contract or promotion; the soulmate relationship of your dreams; that new home; raise healthy children or live your Life Purpose when you’re still facing backwards and clinging onto what isn’t working, what has left your life and what is taking up space in your heart.

But when you do; you free your inner child and heal your heart and those two places are where the seat of your Life Purpose lives.
