“I have been waiting for a mentor for a long time and we finally met. I have done this program twice (21 Day Shifter Program) and it hasn't just kept me on track of my path, it reminded me of how to see my path and take the actions necessary to implementing a consistent change in the present so that I don't fall into old habits. I wanted to Thank You so much for the All Body Activation & Repair meditation...I mean wow! "When I first began working with Hannah, I was a hot mess and my life was in utter chaos.

I had started binge drinking and chain-smoking again. I was going back and forth between my Mom's and my Daughter’s Fathers with two backpacks and my 3-year-old’s car seat. I had no solid ground, no safe or secure place from which to build or expand from. I felt lost, stuck, and hopeless. It wasn’t long before my depression turned into apathy.

I began to wonder if life was even worth living. It seemed like there was no way out, no way up, no light at the end of the tunnel.

But, I have a Daughter in whom I love dearly and I knew that I had to get it together, at least for her sake. Not long after becoming wholeheartedly determined to do whatever it took to change how I was living so that my Daughter didn’t have to experience the effects of my shortcomings or burdens, I got an e-mail from Hannah that spoke to the core of my being, to the real me… to the me that I know in my heart I was always meant to be.

Mind you, I’ve been getting her e-mails for well over a year now, but it’s only with that one e-mail that I knew with complete certainty that I absolutely had to work with her, and omg, am I ever so grateful that I did and that she had made it possible for someone like me in the position that I was in (trying to dig myself out of a 10 feet deep hole) to have access to her brilliant mind and her ongoing support.

Starting out, I didn’t really have any set expectations for my time with Hannah. All I knew was that if she made a way for herself and her Daughter then so could I, and that I was willing to put in the work and do literally whatever she said or recommended that I do, as well as to face the not so pretty, deeper facets of my being head-on; my shadow self, my past lives, my abandoned and abused child self - if it meant that I might come out on the other side.

Needless to say, working with Hannah exceeded anything I could’ve ever even dreamt possible. In the first month of working with her, I thought she was going to tell me that I was “too much” and that she’d refund me because she just couldn’t handle everything I was bringing to the table.

With every message I sent, I second-guessed myself thinking “she’ll probably think I’m annoying or overwhelming, and wish she never took me on as a client” and I started to question if I made the right decision by pouring my heart out to her. But, every time she reassured me that it was a safe space to express myself fully, authentically, and unapologetically. That in itself created massive shifts for me.

Since working with Hannah I have manifested over $5,000, an adorable and safe two-bedroom apartment for my Daughter and I (with a park just a few steps away) at a price that I can easily afford, I have reunited with my Father and have started mending my relationship with him (a result of going to the core of my patterns with men), left a relationship that was just not for my highest good, did multiple commissioned art pieces, gained a profound amount of clarity around my life’s purpose and sooo much more.

But, most of all, I released a tremendous amount of trauma and pain that’s been with me for eons of time and I feel more alive and free than I have ever been.

"If I had to choose a short way to describe what Hannah Andrews does in her own life and asks of her students and clients and what she envisions for the collective body, this would be it.
